By accessing or using AdRocketX ("Service"), operated by AdRocketX Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AdRocketX is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps businesses create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Our Service includes campaign creation tools, AI-generated ad copy, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account and connect your Meta (Facebook) advertising account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Meta Platform Integration

Our Service integrates with Meta platforms through their official APIs. By using our Service, you:

  • Authorize us to access your Meta advertising accounts
  • Agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies
  • Understand that Meta may change or discontinue API access at any time
  • Accept that we are not responsible for Meta platform changes or outages

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create ads that violate Meta's advertising policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AdRocketX and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, including ad copy and campaigns.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Advertising spend on Meta platforms is charged directly by Meta and is separate from our Service fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdRocketX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any advertising campaigns will achieve specific results.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
